Congrats to you too. It was really hard for me to quit too but because of what they did to GEOTUS I was able to delete the accounts.
If you still have a smart phone, maybe think about quitting that too.
My smart phone in now sitting in my cars dashboard for when I really need it. I did not want to just be able to open a website whenever I had a spare moment and find something that will suck my attention away.
Since deleting social media and getting rid of my smart phone. I have completed a Udemy course, read 12 books, started doing keto and have lost 8 pounds and a bunch of other things that I would not have done if I still had the digital crack.
I have probably missed out on doing alot more with my life because of all the free content and attention I was giving to these tech giants. Got alot of catching up to do now.
