If this is the criteria for United Air, rather than placing the most qualified, seasoned pilots in positions, regardless of what color they are, what religion they are, I dont even want to know if they are straight or gay, then you wont find me in any United Airline seat going anywhere. Please join me in this boycott. The lack of common sense and discrimination in action deserves to have no business to support them. Maybe call them non-essential and see where that leads them.

Only hire the best qualified candidates for work. Nothing else matters.
Agreed. It should not matter,ANYTHING else. It does tell you one thing though: Dont fly on United Airlines.
