The funny thing about that photo... the woman behind him is his mom and he found those zip ties and just picked them up, presumably so they wouldn't be used on people.

It looks like he has a gun there but as far as I can tell they have said nobody was armed as far as they knew, does anyone know if that was an actual gun on him?

So they're saying it wasn't a gun, it may have been a taser? I'm not sure but the facts appear to be:

1. He's there with his mom
2. He picked up the zipties
3. He didn't have a gun

Talk about ignoring context and trying to frame a narrative from a single photo.
