I've always wondered what the average was - my daughter died of a Fentanyl overdose and her blood concentration was 23 ng/l. I had wondered if she overdosed on purpose, Now I'm almost certain. She had been an addict of various drugs and alcohol for 15 years and been to rehab at least 10 times. I think she just gave up hope. Sorry to hijack - I've been trying to figure this out for over 2 years.
Defense will say that’s for a normal person, but not an experienced drug user like Floyd so it must have been the asphyxiation from knee.
Average blood concentration in fatal overdoses is 12 ng/l, Floyd’s blood concentration was 11 ng/l.
