They each are issued a guarantee by the FBI to never be arrested by any law enforcement agency within the US. It's actually a Felony to attempt to arrest these assholes. The State has also issued a (no talk order), being that if somehow a person does manage to get arrested for any reason, (even traffic violations) they will be dispatched (put to sleep) within 18 hours of said arrest. They call it a NAP (no arrest policy).
