Your mistake was starting with one and only going to two later on. He is slowly building up a resistance to knees. Soon not even four knees will pin him down.
lol gawd i miss the simpler times when politics involved whether or not both my younger siblings would join forces against me or if 1 would turn on the other....
in all my life I have only been in a situation once where there was some grey area and I acted civil, did as was asked of me and I went home without any issues.
I'm not a sniveling pussy shell of a man with a haggard frail body from years of hard drug abuse, so yea... I'll take the tussle to the ground instead obviously. But I would rather take all of those drugs than beat on a pregnant lady and hold a gun to her belly while my friends ransack her house. God damn... Pick better fucking martyrs.
The funny thing is Floyd's "girlfriend" (nickname: momma) testified that Floyd worked out every day, went to the gym, lifted weights, etc. This supports the idea that Floyd was strong and police struggled bringing him into compliance when he resisted arrest. It would also support the idea that pinning him to the ground, including with a knee on the neck, was not lethal force and that Chauvin would not have had an intent to kill (reckless or otherwise) when he pinned a strong man like Floyd to the ground.
The defense should just pull an OJ and have Chauvin pin his lawyer to the ground in the same fashion. If his lawyer hasn't died 8 minutes later, it can safely be said that pinning Floyd to the ground isn't what killed him.
You know, if I was facing murder charges like Chauvin, I would demand that my lawyer do this.
One of the prosecution lawyers has been trying to get a Johnnie Cochran-style rhyme about Chauvin to catch on: "He did not get up and he did not let up!" Pretty cringey IMO but maybe it works on the slow of thinking.
I can’t even imagine being that police officer, just the absolute worst circumstances imaginable. How could he have ever known that doing his job that day dealing with another typical junkie was going to lead to being nationally demonized, getting arrested, and facing murder charges.
At the time, it was written that they had both worked at the same bar, Floyd as a bouncer and Chauvin as a security guard, and must have known each other to a certain degree. Haven't followed the trial at all; has that been mentioned/explored.
I remember hearing that, too. But if I’m not mistaken, their paths never crossed through work. I think the security gig was an outside company that had other locations they we’re doing security for as well.
I'll go for # 3. Don't have a friend like M. Hall who knowingly sells bad shit to kill people. Sends a whacked out dancing fool into a store to buy him smokes. Then passes him a nasty 20 dollar bill a 12 year old would refuse. what would be the motive ? Maybe to get a stupid ox out of the way and take over his Lot Lizard. Then Hall said "I'll stand up for George" as he runs to Texas to hide. Wait "I'll take the 5th, this isn't about me". Floyd was a dead man waiting to happen, and his "friend" just helped him along !
Did Hall pass Floyd the counterfeit bill? I must have missed that part. Another strange thing about Hall is that Floyd claimed he was claustrophobic and refused to sit in a police car when he was sitting in a car with Hall moments before.
In the store video Hall, and Floyd walk in together. You can see Floyd digging in his pockets for money. Hall walks out, and returns a few minutes later, and you can see him quickly pass what looks like money as he walks past Floyd, then turns, and walks out of the store again. Later after Floyd is removed from the car I understand you can see Hall standing outside the car with a pack of Newports in his hand ! If Hall already had the smokes why would he send a clearly loaded Floyd in, and then give him a really, really bad counterfeit to pass ? Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks as if he set Floyd up. Drug dealers do that all the time when someone becomes a liability, or they want something they have. Like maybe his hooker !
It's funner to just read their name tag out loud and then state the maximum sentence for whatever they plan to throw at you.
Murder is 25 years, right?
I'm saying - if there's ever a situation you're being arrested by a democrat cop without just cause or provocation or suspicion of anything... like you know you're on your way to a star chamber for saying something on facebook. Read their name out loud and memorize it. There's only so many Steve Bobchowski's in Minneapolis for instance. When someone ruins your life, and you dedicate yours to returning the kindness.
Try being less of a faggot to the cops next time nigga. Was placed in the back of the patrol car. If he had behaved, he would still be alive screaming "mama" whilst having withdrawals in a cell somewhere.
Fair enough, but if he had of cooperated, then officers would have got him into custody and into a facility capable of assisting him with his overdose.
The question I have is what precedence would this set for law enforcement?
If this is murder then it opens the door for almost defacto murder charges for any death in custody where you could posit that in theory even if remote that the police action contributed to it.
I suspect this has already caused enormous damage. Good cops will already see this as making it very difficult for them to perform their job. Even if they issue the correct verdict of innocent cops will realise that they will still be arrested, incarcerated and prosecuted in these cases.
I've seen this sort of thing personally long before and we've really seen it with police being afraid to tackle BLM letting them rove around in gangs doing anything they like.
Sometimes the result isn't so visible. It's not easily recorded when the police don't bother to turn up nor can you so easily point fingers at them for doing something wrong when they do turn up but don't do anything.
A more bizarre result of this is that there have now been several recorded cases of black people having a psychotic breakdown thinking they'll die if the police even touch them in the slightest.
I'll take a knee to the shoulder or even neck for the exaggerated time of 9:10 before consuming any of the cocktail george fentanyl kirby floyd had in his system. If you can speak and freely move your head YOU CAN BREATHE.
I'd rather go sit in the back of the cop car like he was originally offered, If I had to pick anything in his situation.
A lot of black people need to realise that the white privilege they keep on about with cops is white people know you can't do anything in the moment of arrest, but you can get a lot done with the public attorney incourt.
When living in downtown Atlanta I've watched a white dude high on 3 different things chant his Miranda rights while kneeling to be cuffed. And a black dude get out of his car and run after being pulled over.
I paid a dude once to sit on my neck for 5 minutes. He was called something like a manual therapist or whatever. Anyway he fixed my neck. Walked away alive and well.
You literally can't choke out a dude with neck pressure unless you like compress an artery or really lay on the weight. Like 300 pounds or something.
Having an older brother, 8 minutes pinned down was just the start of the Saturday wrestle mania.
Another younger brother here, can atest.
here here
As an older brother I can attest that chauvin's knee wouldn't kill anyone. Source: me not posting from prison
As an older sister... I can attest as well. Even two knees to my brother’s neck wouldn’t kill him
Your mistake was starting with one and only going to two later on. He is slowly building up a resistance to knees. Soon not even four knees will pin him down.
🤣
You have to be careful, though. If he takes too long of a brake, even two knees will kill him.
lol gawd i miss the simpler times when politics involved whether or not both my younger siblings would join forces against me or if 1 would turn on the other....
Mine put a cigarette out on my back. Choked me with a pipe in a camel clutch. Thanks Sgt Slaughter . Yea... Least of my worries.
I hit my brother with a steel chair.
Imagine my shock when he actually bled like a stuck pig.
The day we learned the WWF was fake lol!
I can go on for days. Pushed out 2nd floor window. Hit with a car.
it the only way to ensure quality product in a younger brother - older bro
Thanks bro. I would probably be such a bitch these days without your guidance.
what are brothers for. my dad kicked my ass when i screwed up and i did the same for my younger bro. its trickle down smackanomics at work.
Oh hi Natasha Biden
Getting pinned then having a lougie hanging just cm from your face or getting your sternum tapped repeatedly.. ahh childhood.
I'll pick option 3, just follow the law and don't be a piece of shit human being.
DING DING DING
And we have.... A White Guy!!!
Please be less white k thx

[old as dirt Jim crow dems are exempt]
Compliance with the law is a sign of white supremacy.
What if the law is wrong?
in all my life I have only been in a situation once where there was some grey area and I acted civil, did as was asked of me and I went home without any issues.
I'll take a knee
This entire questioning is amazing. I hope it comes up in court.
Hey Judge and Jury, would you rather take the fentanyl and meth drug cocktail overdose, or have me kneel on the side of your neck for 8 minutes?
Fixed that for you.
Ikr. You would think they would worship a Saint, worth their time. Like, dare I say it. Dr. Ben Carson, or perhaps Judge Clarence Thomas.
The funny thing is Floyd's "girlfriend" (nickname: momma) testified that Floyd worked out every day, went to the gym, lifted weights, etc. This supports the idea that Floyd was strong and police struggled bringing him into compliance when he resisted arrest. Floyd was begging the cops to put him on the ground in the body cam footage.
WhyNotBoth.gif?
You aint black, so your family can grift massivly of your suicide by overdose!
If I don't get a golden coffin I'm out
When in doubt get bolth
Which states pronounce it like that? Utah or?
Most people do in the northeast.
I never knew i did that. I feel naked and afraid.
Do you say oil or oll
Roof or ruff?
Oil and cawwfee
You from the UP? Or closer to kalkaska?
Michigan. I used to get teased mercilessly after moving to FL for saying "bolth" and apparently I say "calendar" wrong too.
Woody?
The defense should just pull an OJ and have Chauvin pin his lawyer to the ground in the same fashion. If his lawyer hasn't died 8 minutes later, it can safely be said that pinning Floyd to the ground isn't what killed him.
If the knee doesn’t fit, you must acquit!
You know, if I was facing murder charges like Chauvin, I would demand that my lawyer do this.

Unbelievable.

I remember hearing that, too. But if I’m not mistaken, their paths never crossed through work. I think the security gig was an outside company that had other locations they we’re doing security for as well.
Yeah, they never crossed path over what was it, 15 years? Hmmmmm

All you black haters go full Turner Diaries (don’t) or stfu.
I had a girlfriend one time. We tried the “George Floyd Smash”... Use your imagination
Did it start off with a little dance in a connivence store?
I bet the safe word was "momma", right?
Asking for science.
So you died?
"I've spent the last few years building up an immunity to iocane powder."
Inconceivable!
The Brigade rather
You been watching/reading Andrew Branca's daily coverage of the trial at legalinsurrection.com?
No but thanks for the tip, been meaning to keep a closer eye on the trial. Do we have any idea of a timeline of roughly when it will be over?
It was scheduled to go a month. Give or take a few days.
Thanks fren 👌
Cmon man...george kirby was killed by corona...everybody knows that
I would rather be pinned for 20 min than take enough Fentanyl to kill multiple full grown men.
All members of the Jury should try the George Floyd challenge
This is the best most simplest realization for cause of death.
lol... floyd took both pills!!! that criminal would have died sitting on a park bench due to the lethal amount of drugs in his system.
Is there an option for not being a fucking limp dick degenerate? I pick that one.
If not, pin me.. if you can!
It's funner to just read their name tag out loud and then state the maximum sentence for whatever they plan to throw at you.

I'll take the ground, since it was a knee to the shoulder, not neck.
Clown world!
Honk Honk 🤡 🌎
How about a single inappropriately long sniff from biden?
I'd rather take the fentanyl....
This should be a poll on Twitter.
Try being less of a faggot to the cops next time nigga. Was placed in the back of the patrol car. If he had behaved, he would still be alive screaming "mama" whilst having withdrawals in a cell somewhere.
Nah, he would still be dead. He had way too much drugs in him to live.
Fair enough, but if he had of cooperated, then officers would have got him into custody and into a facility capable of assisting him with his overdose.
The Misleadia - cnn and msnbc are not talking about fentanyl george’s overdose or the fact that his neck had no injuries or bruising.
The misleadia is focussing 100% in inciting black riots because it makes great TV for them.
With a knee on my shoulder? I'll take the pin down.
Pinned down by my shoulder blade? No problem
Neither, because I'm not a scum sucking, drug using criminal trying to pass off counterfeit money
I choose C... pretend to throw a hissy fit cry racism for a free flat screen and looting dollar storess hahaha
"I'm TRANSEXUAL, NOooooOOOoO!"

Law enforcement will have extremely reduced effectiveness....
Vigilantism will return and the media will of course complain about that....
Even though they CAUSED THE ISSUE in the first place...
I've seen this sort of thing personally long before and we've really seen it with police being afraid to tackle BLM letting them rove around in gangs doing anything they like.

One sounds more fun but the other sound better for my health.
8 minutes
Why not both/boff?!
We got kids ta feeeeeeed !
I will turn over my life savings to anyone who can choke me out by putting knee on back of my neck for 10 minutes! Free Chauvin
I'd rather go sit in the back of the cop car like he was originally offered, If I had to pick anything in his situation.
A lot of black people need to realise that the white privilege they keep on about with cops is white people know you can't do anything in the moment of arrest, but you can get a lot done with the public attorney incourt.

Anyone here with balls have been pinned longer than that. Rookie numbers!
So wait now Chauvin was abusive with handcuffs??
SAY HIS NAME!
Derrick Chavin!
Sethrick Richardson!
This question needs to be asked of the coroner.
Thank you for making the argument so clear.
DEAD. ON.
Press P for 'Pinned'
Would you rather: get pinned for 8 minutes or drink a glass of Mr. T's sweat?
Lawyer should give his closing remarks while pinned under a large officers knee.
The Honkler never cries, he makes others cry, he is without emotion and is designed from the ground up to destroy SJWs.
Its too much to ask of him in 2021.
I used to be the biggest junkie in so cal and I wouldn’t knowingly take that much fent
Knee to the dick.
is it too much to ask for both?
Giggity
I paid a dude once to sit on my neck for 5 minutes. He was called something like a manual therapist or whatever. Anyway he fixed my neck. Walked away alive and well.

Don’t do drugs. That pin was nothing, it isn’t like he was beating him in the head with a baton...
