Chauvin abused the use of force continuum when he put his knee on Floyd. Any use of force being used to restrain must be stopped when the perp stops resisting. Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd for 3 mins after he died. I won't be surprised to hear that Chauvin's knee contributed to Floyd's death.

I'm not going to die on a hill defending Chauvin as a good cop, I don't think anyone is. But I actually don't think he's a murderer.
