You guys are looking at this in a bad way instead of a golden opportunity.

Have a son that's a failure-to-launch type but you know could do something? Tell him to grow a mustache, go to tanning beds, and identify as Hispanic on the United airlines training application.

I bet your kid is more hispanic than Elizabeth Warren is native american anyway....
