More racism from the Left guised as progressivism

Holy shit. I was a major airline captain and retired early because of the hiring of any minority that walked in the door. I had FOs that were so weak I couldn’t drink water because I didn’t dare leave the cockpit to pee. I blame Boeing for telling management that any 200 hour can fly these jets and HR for not respecting how hard being a pilot really is.

Even back in the 90's I was passed up for a flight instructor jobs for a girl just because she was a girl. Not more qualified, just that she was a girl. Not that I'm a misogynist, but I do remember when I get screwed over.

A little while later I went back to the FBO to get a biannual flight review, and the owner wanted me to go with his girl. I refused, and made him fly with me personally.

At least it was the one thing I had control over- where I spent my money.

I was going to apply at UAL back in the early 90s too. At the time they charged a $75 fee to apply. I called the Chief Pilots office and asked and the secretary there was honest enough and told me if I was a white male, save my money.

NO YOU RETARDS! NOTHING NEEDS TO "REFLECT DIVERSITY". You hire the best people for the job, PERIOD.

Maybe it's time to start a "Reflect Population" movement. No more than 13.4% black pilots.

So like what if that many people apply?

Not all black people and woman want to be pilots...

It appears as though they are trying to lure people into being pilots who might rather do something else for a living.

All the pilots I've known over the years were pilots for the love of flying. The money is good, but that's not the draw.

A black woman with a degree in Sub-Saharan Feminist Studies will get preference over a white man who landed planes on the deck of a boat for the US Navy?

Clown world.

He didn't mean to fly it into that building, he was jus' flying to the store for some skittles.

They just keep on giving me reasons to never fly unless I own it.

"We proudly present our newest pilot, Tyquisha Mutambe Jones. She hasn't really learned how to land the plane safely yet, but by God look at that skin color!"

Who's ready for passenger planes to start falling out of the sky.

Who's ready for "Pilot suicide" rates to spike dramatically.

Who's ready for all these crashes to start being called "human error" (The error, being the human hired.)
