There should be a wall and no facilities for detaining these people. They should be immediately turned away at the border and strongly discouraged from coming. There should be no social programs for immigrants. The rules for hiring illegals should include steep fines and prison time-half of Hollywood will be locked up. No renting homes to illegals, no schooling, etc.

Also, the public services are already being overwhelmed by anchor babies. I know a single father that couldn't get his kid into any state subsidized daycare because they were all full. All while going through an expensive custody battle and going through college.
