The main things the bill is giving money to is the power grid, the power grid is privately owned by the power companies (they don’t need our tax money, but they do need to be able to take our property), by the Feds giving it money and making it part of infrastructure they are giving a private company the ability to claim emanate domain and steal your property for the good of the people, this well basically make no privately owned property in existence. The reason they are getting involved with the power grid, is to put in more power lines to wherever they want, you ask why?
