I can't get past the first two words. A business mission is to make money. Any other words used, no matter how many or how they affect the feels, is to make more money.
You're assuming these corporations are still more concerned with P/L & cultivating organic demand. Under corporate fascism, "demand" is compulsory or assured through other economic pressures on the individual, provided the corporation routinely proves itself capable of meeting the objectives of the state.
These woke people don't have money. They can't afford lavish trips, vacations, pro sports. They don't own homes, cars. Keep pandering to them though. Gonna find out they won't be signing up for the United credit card and earning stupid perks because they can barely afford their rent.
They are simply choosing the long term benefit by pandering to youthful consumers.
The problem is that this same demographic is notoriously non brand-loyal.
Any gains are fleeting at best, and continued pandering loses the portion of that demo that actually pulls their heads out of their asses and earns enough to consume something other than the latest must-have electronic gadget.

There is no widespread evidence of airplane hijacking. Requiring ID is clearly neo Jim crow and racist.
Do I need an ID to board one of their flights? Yes? Then that infringes upon my right to travel.
Anyone else find the irony of a company called "United" releasing a mission statement full of divisive language?
Hey United, replace “voting” with “owning guns” and you might be on the right track.
