When I was a kid, airlines gave pilot applicants Stanine tests to ensure mental stability. Now United Airlines will actively seek applicants from a social group with a suicide rate over 40%. But at least the cattle will all be vaxxed. Happy Landings! (media.patriots.win)

I just assumed that’s why they need to start with a pool of 5000.
