This is good, but is weakly stated. Stated with more strength:

"The State used dictatorial power to shut down business, except those with inside access to the State. Then they bribed people to stay home using their own tax money. This is the very image of Communism."

"muh evil capatilism" is such a fucking pain in the ass to deal with within the NPC programming. leftists who are "fuck the man/system" and "corrupt 1%" blue screen mentally when you try explaining corporate welfare and why the "system" and big business are in bed together.

He's YoungRippa59 on YouTube and releases good videos on a range of topics. I don't know if he's got channels on other sites like bitchute or odysee.

Actually, and I say this seriously, that sounds a lot like Nazi Germany.

Actually the Nazis had a pretty free market. There is a lot of boomer FUD surrounding their pre-war economy; they privatized industries when they came to power and got rid of trade unions. Their biggest incursion into the market was banning usury, and restricting the speech of business owners (i.e. you could run your business how you wanted, just don't criticize the government).

It was only after the war was started were industries forced to support the effort. But, that is what happens during all wars, even the US did that.

Actually the Nazis had a pretty free market

The party had final say in all business.

As has every government, in every country, all throughout history. They did not exercise that say until the war though. The US had the final say in all businesses in the late 1700s, as they imposed regulations even at that time, and yet that was the most libertarian the country has ever been. It might seem shocking to you, but the Nazis actually less regulation than the US at that time.

. They did not exercise that say until the war though.

WTF are you talking about, it was the lynch pin of their economic idolgy, and they mobilized the private sector for the military long before declaring war on anyone.

Muh free market! A conservative congress would have a lot of fucking work to do to repeal and pare down all the laws and regulations that choked the notion of a "free market" decades ago.

But they do.

They also say things like "well if a business can't afford to stay shut down for months on end and still pay their employees then they shouldn't be in business in the first place."

Or

"The pandemic really showed that our economy wasn't as strong as we thought."
