Traffickers dumped him once they were in the US and they didn’t need him anymore. Probably told his family he would have a great life. Or they just kidnapped him or he was a street kid they found and took. Sadly, since they don’t use DNA anymore, a “relative” will probably come claim him and he’s going to disappear into some horrible situation, or they deport him to his shitty family who got him into it in the first place. It’s sickening any way you look at it.
