But the idiocy of amnesty proponents is that in their misplaced "compassion," they're creating MORE victims like this boy by encouraging trafficking. You can dismiss these kids' plight all you want by saying they'll eventually get support from the US government and have an advantage in society over American kids, but the horrible abuse and rape a lot of these kids have to endure is not worth any of that. The truly compassionate thing to do is to disincentivize them from coming to the US.
