They send kids because having a child in tow means (according to our fucked laws) that adults can get in by falsely claiming to be the parents. This has nothing to do with "white women" and everything to do with our stupid laws. Coyotes and smugglers take advantage of that, and yes, use and discard and abuse children in the process.
The reality is that whoever defends our current system is complicit in continuing the abuse of these children. That's not mentioning that 80+% of them are raped on the way here. I am a "white woman" and while I have compassion, I recognize that the actual compassionate thing to do is to change these laws and remove the motivation to use children this way.
This. As humans these kids are worth no less than American children whatsoever, but that's why it's important to remove incentives for traffickers to kidnap them and bring them over here. Accepting these kids in the US only fuels the problem.
