Biden knows he didn't win Georgia with legitimate votes and is punishing Georgia for that reason. He knows that blacks/minorities voted for Trump in large volume. That is why the Demon-rats had to add all of those late night illegal ballots. As payback, he is taking $100,000,000 out of the Atlanta (51% black/minority) community and redistributing that wealth to Denver (93% white/non-minority). Payback to those white voters in Denver who did vote for him. With Biden, it is always "follow the money".

Probably so but the results were 55-42 for Biden. The REAL vote was probably the reverse. Colorado's problem is that a LOT of Californian Democrats have left California because it is so bad and moved to Colorado to get away. Once they get there, they start making Colorado more like California. We here in Arizona have the same issue.
