The church should amass thousands and thousands of people all screaming "GO AWAY!" at the officers and start marching towards the fence and completely destroy it.
Once that's done, march on the local police station and completely destroy it.
Once that's done, march to the local government building and completely destroy it.
Until the government learns that there's real physical consequences for acting tyrannical then they're never going to stop.
So just destroy it. Destroy it all.
