I don't typically, since I don't think He wants us going off on holy wars. That would be the jesuits and the ROMAN catholic "church" generally. It was perfect for the occasion you set up for me though, which is probably why you're all upset about me having said it.
However, I also do not think He wants us entering into alliances with groups that ultimately want Christianity eliminated from the face of the Earth. Muslims are not our "brothers" in this struggle as you claimed. They would fight only insofar as mosques are closed, they would never ever lift a finger to help open a church.
Rather than thinking of them as "brothers" as you suggest, we should simply learn from them on this one issue. If the government closes a church, Christians should all rise up as Muslims would.
also, most "religious" people I know haven't even read the bible, I wouldn't trust their interpretation of the quran either. people also like to point out how God led the people of israel to slaughter tribes all over the world in the old testament the same way folks like to point out similar verses in the quran. I try not to think about the labels too much, and deal with people on an individual basis. anyone searching for the truth, which just so happens to be the muslims, christians, and jews, are on my side.
