I don't really understand how idolizing or respecting other men is "homoerotic". It has nothing to do with sex. You are idolizing a great man, because you are also a man, and want to be like that other great man. That doesn't mean you want to put his wiener in your bunghole. These people are mental.

That makes bo sense is is highly misconstrued twisted thinking and can be turned immediately in the other direction. This accomplished nothing other than killing trees... Feminism is stupid anf should be considered a mental illness.

Feminism is just ornery women who nobody wants to sleep with or date.

Ya know, for the field named for and devoted to the study of women, they seem to spend a LOT of time misanalyzing men.

Justsayin'.

Perhaps they need to be steered into coursework in Men's studies, except they would be loathe to find real men in academia to teach the course.

They would come to the same curriculum material with academic soyboys and man haters.

She is saying that straight men are really fags and that being a homo has nothing to do with sex when the word heterosexual is by definition sexual preference. Just more Orwellian double speak.

What a lovely piece of sophistry this lady has written. Glaucon would be very proud.

This is an arguable opinion, but I have always found that the differences between the two sexes can be summed up like this. Men want respect and to feel dignified. Women offer adoration and love, but that's not respect or dignity. Women need to feel loved and nurtured. Men most easily offer respect and solutions but not naturally overt love and sympathy. Thus begins relationship problems unless each half of the relationship understands the needs of the other.

So I somewhat agree with this lady. I'm going to naturally receive what I need emotionally a lot of the time from my successful, business-minded male peers. Women will always be trying to offer me something that to some degree seems like manipulation or a heavy emotional blanket. However as mature man with a lot of relationships and mistakes behind me, I have learned how to give a woman what she needs in a relationship to feel fulfilled. Likewise I have learned to avoid like the fucking WuFlu women who can't meet me on my own terms.

Luckily the women I go for are still younger than me because I'm just a slow learner I suppose.

I think the biggest take-away from this tiny excerpt for me is that the author is simply not a mature person. She has resentment for half of the human race because she hasn't ever had any relationship breakthroughs. She's not learning, she's pouting and strawmanning. Maybe what she needs to learn is right in front of her eyes.

Anyone listening to a woman identify the problem with men should have their head examined.
