This is such a fucking waste of money. The DeVos regulations weren't some far-right conspiracy. It wouldn't have mattered if Hillary won in 2016. The Obama-era regulations were facially unconstitutional and multiple courts said so. The Obama regs were in the process of being struck down by the courts when DeVos took over.

I'm sure Biden has some retard libshit lawyers telling him they can sneak around the courts on this and eliminate due process legally, but its not going to happen. This is going to waste millions of dollars and probably ruin a few young men's lives only to end up right back where we are in a few years after the courts slap this down (again).
