beyond a reasonable doubt is an impossibility - If Chauvin is convicted of anything - he will win on appeal, NO DOUBT. CHAUVIN DID NOTHING WRONG! He should have been given the Nobel Peace Prize for ridding the world of another drug criminal destroying our world
Cops are not doctors, and I'm not sure they have access to Narcan. The police called EMS and continued to keep George Floyd restrained, evidently according to their training protocols. That's probably all they were required to do.
I'm 100% fine with a trial happening if people think something done was actually wrong.
I don't believe that any of these people actually think the things they do legitimately and instead choose to believe them because it doesn't break their reality.
idk, The point I took from it was that it doesn't matter what he said; criminals getting arrested are going to lie about anything. If he was able to yell out "I took too many drugs." then his breathing wasn't restricted ...
Technically yes, because a doctor has a duty to render aid. It is a comoletely different relationship and if you just sat to the side your license would be gone and you would DEFINETLY be risking murder 2 due to making an active choice not to intervebe.

The whole point is Chauvin did nothing at all. He didn't "rid the world of" George Floyd. It was completely out of his hands.
George Floyd committed unintentional suicide. He was a dead man when Chauvin arrived. Nothing would have changed that.
Yah know what sucks?
Waiting for the rest of the planet to catch up to shut you could perceive the day of.
The guy tried to swallow all his drugs when police made contact. He overdosed while the resisting arrest just exacerbated the respiratory depression.
If you have ever seen anyone OD while getting arrested it was painfully obvious that this was always a disinformation campaign by MSM to push rioting.

I still laugh at the fact the marxists gave that degenerate fuck a golden casket. 😂
We've jumped the shark long ago.
"This trial shouldn't be habbening because Orange Man Bad"

How do you not present this evidence on day one?
I listened to the sound clip. He could have said that, but it's not crystal clear.

Now an untrained basic EMT cop... nah he walks.
Depends on what races the doctor and patient are.
