As a 26 year old man, I would love to find a woman my age to start a family with and support, as I am financially stable enough to do so. However, if I'm not able to find that woman, I'll just continue to focus on my career and building up my position in life so that I have even more to offer a potential partner down the road.
If that happens, I won't be looking for women my age though, as the thing that I am looking for in a woman that I want to mother my children is primarily youth, and so I will still be looking for a woman between 21-27 years old who has motherhood as her life goal.
I can have kids now, I can have kids a decade from now, I can have kids 2 decades from now.
I have no interest in being with a woman who's focus is on her career, and I have no need for the extra income. I place no value in my partner's ability to earn an income, or their level of experience in any given field. Just want a woman dedicated to staying healthy, developing a strong household, and parenting a couple kick-ass kids.
It's sad that modern women are told that they are wrong if they don't want a career and would rather just build a family young. Especially since the vast majority of women are biologically predisposed to wanting that. Now we are going to have a huge population of lonely spinster women with nothing to put their energy into other than "social issues", furthering the decline of our social fabric and inserting themselves into the private lives of functional people who understand that family is the most important thing in life.
Applying the standards of the minority to the majority is the over arching theme of leftism though, so it is not surprising.
Oh well, back to building me and my life to be the best they can for my future family.
Enjoy your cats!
Couple is a minimum. Gotta start somewhere. As it stands now, I would be comfortable supporting a family of 4. That threshold will only increase as I advance my position in life. I am still young (for a man) after all.

Why stop at a couple kick-ass kids?
