According to the political article it sounds like he's going to go after 80% guns and rifle braces. It's possible he could do this through executive order. All he has to do is amend the ATF rules. If he does it will be contested in the courts for years leaving tens of millions of gun owners in a legal limbo. This we'll make all of us felons. Once you are a felon they can take all your guns. This is the plan.

also doesn't it say in the constitution you cannot remove or change in any way shape or form the first 10 ammendments and can only add and change those added on?
