The vaccine didn't have to go through the same tests other vaccines needed to in order to get it out quickly during the pandemic. It sketched the companies involved enough to get it so they are not liable for any side effects due to rushed testing.
I personally have no problem with a Vax fast tracked through testing. Im a little more reluctantly even ok with companies participating to not have liabilities.
That said, it's all about person risk assessment. If you in extreme risk for difficulties if you get covid, then perhaps you should take a fast tracked vaccine. If your young, healthy, and in the majority of the group with a 99% survival rate, then maybe an experimental Vax isn't for you.

Personally the fact that a Dem controlled house, senate, and presidency arnt trying to force legislation (because I'm assuming they understand the legal fight they would face) and instead is going through corporations to infringe on liberties are big red flags and a step too far.
