We need them to prohibit any business or other services from demanding vax

22
NotAPuma 22 points ago +22 / -0

Let them demand them. In Missouri we still have Mom and Pops, we also have a fairly large Amish Population.

13
1600NWMagaAveWASHDC 13 points ago +13 / -0

But why is he letting KC and St. Louis continue to have mask mandates? This is good yes but hes not doing enough.

7
NonyaDB 7 points ago +7 / -0

You mean the mandate in KC that pretty much everyone that lives there ignores on a daily basis?

I went downtown for dinner a week ago and didn't wear a damn mask and no one asked me to or complained about it. Almost everyone I saw around me wasn't wearing a mask either, just the restaurant employees.

4
MOcovfefe 4 points ago +4 / -0

Good for KC but that is not the case in STL.

1
SuperMario 1 point ago +1 / -0

There currently. Not had to deal with any masks thus far.

1
justwow 1 point ago +1 / -0

For sure. Yeah, I'm in STL and it is super-duper covid crazy. I blame the universities. Check out my posts -I posted a chick w safety googles ,2 masks shopping on Easter!

They can't. Medical privacy is your right and business can't ask you about it. Muh disability act and several court rulings.

10
Toughsky_Shitsky 10 points ago +10 / -0

They can't.

We just saw intel agency traitors (in service to an outgoing dem administration) try to overturn the will of the people in the 2016 election .. and suffered zero consequences for their treason even though /ourguy/ was in charge of meting out justice. The dems then followed this unpunished 2016 fuckery with the outright theft of the 2020 presidential election which they setup and stole in BROAD DAYLIGHT after an 8+ month lockdown of free Americans for the seasonal sniffles.

"They can't" is head-in-the-sand thinking, at this moment in US history.

3
BoughtByBloomberg2 3 points ago +3 / -0

They did exactly that. But guess what. They let them. Your elected officials were in on the scam and they allowed these rulings to stand until AFTER.

The PA gop should have immediately raised hell over a state constitutional issue instead of sit on it till it bit then in the ass... or rather worked exactly as they planed.

Now no matter what you say about that AMC is not going to risk 20 million lawsuits across the country for the disability act. They have a company to extract for their Chines masters.

All stores in my area require masks. You still see dozens of people just walk in no mask nobody says a thing.

4
Gnometard 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's cute that you think the law matters

3
BoughtByBloomberg2 3 points ago +3 / -0

The law matter sometimes. When you are using it against corporations it does if you use the right signaling.

The law also matters whenever the right gets slightly upset over clown world bullshit. Then sudden the FBI and CIA start to go into overdrive cause they found someone who will allow themselves to be governed.

1
GEOTUSMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

3
HeavenlyTrumpets 3 points ago +3 / -0

Legally they can't. So far we haven't seen enough legal challenge though. I'm sure it will be taken "there" before long.

5
acasper 5 points ago +5 / -0

I like what Texas did in that if you receive any money from the state or local government you cannot require it.

3

Any business owner with half a brain would never do something so foolish. If they do, they will lose A LOT of business.

57
mytummyhurts 57 points ago +57 / -0

It pisses me off that communism is now the status quo and a "win" is simply just not more communism.

23
TrumpWonByALandslide 23 points ago +23 / -0

Exactly. Disgusting that this is considered a "win". A "win" would be driving all the communists out of our country.

15
MikesBigJockstrap 15 points ago +15 / -0

A win would be dropping all the communists out of a helicopter.

7
CahalTheMad 7 points ago +7 / -0

3

3
TrumpWonByALandslide 3 points ago +3 / -0

That would be a YUGE win.

2
ThurstonHowell3rd 2 points ago +2 / -0

A win would be dropping all the communists out of a helicopter.

...over Beijing

10
Kamalas_a_Bitch 10 points ago +10 / -0

A win would be Trump never getting fooled by the vaccine tricksters and firing the CDC back in April.

A win today would be the States doing the equivalent.

4
Genericwhitemale 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's the liberal and globalist playbook. Present something extreme and when that gets some kickback, they go with slightly less extreme and push it through.

We're overdue for a revolution.

2
Gnometard 2 points ago +2 / -0

We're in a revolution. We're not fighting it so it won't stop.

They're inspired by Mao and basically doing what he did. But today we have an oligarchy and big tech to help them.

The oligarchy part is very frustrating to me, we get commies caring about businesses only in the context of they're free do what helps the revolution.

And we got plenty on our side who for some reason think big public businesses have rights.

I must have missed the parts of the constitution, Bill of rights, and founding of our country that said "for the people, by the people, and whatever corporations want"

Privately owned businesses, sure. Do what you want I guess. I still think you deserve to be shot if you're trying to manipulate or bribe me into doing anything other than buy your shit.

Public company? You're not a person, you're a conglomeration of investors. You're the result of individuals exercising their freedoms, not an individual with freedoms.

21
Toughsky_Shitsky 21 points ago +21 / -0

When the lawsuits start flying, the vaccine passports will be the only solution.

Gummint won't have to require vaccine passports .. companies afraid of lefty ambulance chasers will do all the heavy lifting. This is a tried-and-true major extortion racket of the left.

Unless specifically outlawed, vaccine passports are coming. Sorry, but that's how our corrupt country works.

14
War_Hamster 14 points ago +14 / -0

Seems to me there's a weakness to the scheme you describe. Corporations need customers to stay in business. Would be a shame if a few of them got hit where it counts; in the stock price.

20
deleted 20 points ago +21 / -1
7
War_Hamster 7 points ago +7 / -0

That's why you go after specific targets and isolate them (Rules for Radicals).

Set a few examples and see what happens.

Markets are still driven by the gains/losses of the market participants, no matter how rigged most of it is. GameStop should serve as an example of what can be done.

5
Donger-Lord2 5 points ago +5 / -0

Or, just kill the tyrants.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

That comes after the show trials.

2
GoUSA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then they repeat what just happened - artificially manipulating the stock price

2
NonyaDB 2 points ago +2 / -0

Are you kidding me? The first death of a raving suicidal black man with mental problems at the hands of police after Walmart calls the cops on him because he refuses to wear a mask or leave the store and all these "mask mandates" will disappear overnight.
They eat their own.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
7
Repentnow 7 points ago +7 / -0

That ship sailed when we let the businesses enforce mask rules.

1
War_Hamster 1 point ago +2 / -1

They no longer need customers?

And I get your point. It would have been nice if more than a few local loudmouths had fought this from Day 1, but this is where we are now.

6
Fluffy_Indigo 6 points ago +6 / -0

If vaccine passports become a real thing for corporate globalist business then it's a prime time for patriots to open up their own businesses and start selling stuff. Small food stores that don't require passports will fucking make mad bank. Start figuring out how to contact distributors and running a business and you'll be golden.

My small town mom and pop store I help manage is already looking at expanding if the local Wal-Mart goes with vaccine passports. Simply carrying bread and milk would double our customer base at that point.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

To be honest, this should be happening without the passports nonsense.

5
sustainable_saltmine 5 points ago +5 / -0

have you seen any company we alleged to "boycott" suffer more than a small blip in stock price for maybe a week? Any time we say we're going to "boycott coke, or walmart or Kohl's..." at best you see a coincidental drop of a point or two in their stock over a week or so and they rebound. None have ever gone "broke" from "going woke". They ALWAYS bounce back or keep going.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

There hasn't been an organized effort yet. That's now changing.

https://www.stopcorporatetyranny.org

Trump talking about it should make a bit of a difference.

If you've got a better idea, please don't be shy.

3
ThurstonHowell3rd 3 points ago +3 / -0

You gotta take a page from the left's playbook.

It's well known that the blacks in this country are not getting vaccinated. You need protesters on the sidewalks in front of these stores with signs saying that this vax required rule is just a way to keep black people out of their stores. Call the local news and when the cameras show up, start screaming racism and watch what happens.

1
EggOfDelusion 1 point ago +1 / -0

The media will just ignore you and/or call it an alt right conspiracy.

1
War_Hamster 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's well known that the blacks in this country are not getting vaccinated.

A black comedian I saw last week was joking that black people won't take the vaccine because they know damn well not to trust the government.

While true, I'd imagine a good chunk of them will. They've certainly been frightened by the higher numbers of "COVID" deaths in the black community and they're no more immune to the MSM brainwashing than any other race.

But I'm all for turning the tables on them on this and every issue.

2
PromiseImNotASpook 2 points ago +2 / -0

Just my POV, but I work with a handful of very left-wing black folk who absolutely refuse to take the vaccine. I was a little surprised at how anti-vaccine they were and were very vocal about it in work communication.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Interesting. Did they give you their rationale?

2
justwow 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'd like to see employees start getting in touch w Project Veritas. Example: a friend told me about his company that let employees wear BLM masks, but not Trump masks. Because... blm "is a social movement" and turmp was a "politics." Wow, ok.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Last summer, I was considering taking a job as a contact tracer in California for the specific purpose of wearing a mic for Project Veritas. I'm still regretting not doing that but they were requiring mask-wearing.

4
sustainable_saltmine 4 points ago +4 / -0

Make no mistake, "Attorney Schmul Goldfarb" is out there salivating waiting to be able to file class action suits against places that let people in maskless, or don't require some form of "proof of vaccination" claiming that people came to their business and later got sick and are alleging they caught it from the maskless unvaccinated people there. Even if they don't win the case, they can easily bankrupt small business making them pay for legal representation.
They will allege health code violations, claim "CDC guidelines" are legal precedent or some other nonsense

2
HeavenlyTrumpets 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's already illegal for them to ask for this information. It needs to be taken to court though.

First they tell the feds to shove gun control up their asses and now this

Josh Hawley 2024!

Sparkywalnutz 6 points ago +6 / -0

I was thinking of moving there from NY. Going to visit Lake of the Ozarks this summer. Is there an area you would recommend I look at? I work remotely in IT, and I lean towards rural areas. TY!

6
justwow 6 points ago +6 / -0

Just stay away from St. Louis & KC. Beautiful state with many beautiful and unique places. One of the neat things about Missouri is their robust state park system.

5
NotAPuma 5 points ago +5 / -0

The College of the Ozarks is very Republican. Cape Girardeau, close to the Ozarks and #5 Biggest Town voted Republican. Springfield #4 biggest Town also voted Republican, which is also close to the Ozarks.

Edit: Just stay away from Interstates and you can find very nice Houses for very cheap. My Family is from Dent County, but Franklin County is the biggest Non Democrat County I believe.

5
MasklessMarvel 5 points ago +5 / -0

I was born and raised there

The state is mostly agricultural and dotted with little towns

Anything close to the lake is going to be a little expensive because many people from the cities have vacation homes there

The SE 1/4 of the state is dominated by the Mark Twain Forest. Real estate is comparatively cheap there. It is not too far from the lake if you want to zip down there and look

BTW, even though MO has many lakes, there is only one The Lake

If you prefer the country, in places it is dense forest and the houses are miles apart. I don't know how good the cell service or internet access would be

For gods' sake stay away from St Louis

3
Racerspuff 3 points ago +3 / -0

this_mortal_coil 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good luck finding property in the rural areas. I'm ready to buy today, any day, and can't even get a call back. The land is moving so fast here you almost have to buy as soon as you see it.

2
justwow 2 points ago +2 / -0

What is your feeling on Greitens?

2
disgruntled_patriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think Greitens is what happens to people like Gaetz, Hawley, DeSantis, and Greene when they oppose communism.

1
MasklessMarvel 1 point ago +1 / -0

He got attacked by CNN so he must have been a great governor

I am surprised he resigned after he was acquitted

He would make a great president but he has been out of the picture for three years. I don't think he could build a name for himself by 2024

3
justwow 3 points ago +3 / -0

He is running for Senate -Sen Roy Blunt' seat. Big improvement there for sure. No doubt his troubles as Governor was a Soros hit job. St Louis DA Kim Gardner, funded by Soros, pursued the charges against Greitens. One big issue for him at the time was he had not made any friends among the Republicans in Jeff City. So they were not unhappy to see him twist. What Greitens did was not illegal, but it was distasteful, sordid. We'll see -I also the AG Eric Schimitt running against him in primary.

2
MasklessMarvel 2 points ago +2 / -0

He and Josh will be formidable in the senate

they will take that MO attitude to DC

11
shartelele 11 points ago +11 / -0

He ain't no Greitens, but I think Parson's done a serviceable job as Governor. Glad he's not bending on this

6
NotAPuma 6 points ago +6 / -0

Parson has been a quiet Governor, just the way I like it. Not using his Emergency Powers like a Evil Dictator, like certain Democrat Governors...

1
disgruntled_patriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Parsons is a TRAITOR and a FRAUD who, like the rest of the Missouri state congress, should be hung for being complicit in the overthrow of a duly elected representative of The People.

Greiten's ousting was the dry run for November 2020.

Sure, it wasn't election fraud, but it was testing the waters to see how people react.

Predictably, people did jack and squat and the Marxist State knew they could get away with it.

There have been many such dry runs. Sinema's fraudulent election to Arizona Senator was the follow up to Greitens' ouster to test how people react to election fraud.

Predictably, people did jack and squat and the Marxist State knew they could get away with it.

I wonder why we keep seeing politicians getting ousted by sexual misconduct allegations and elected by fraud.

Predictably, people do jack and squat and the Marxist State knows they can get away with it.

2
justwow 2 points ago +2 / -0

Interesting take. I see what you're saying. It was definitely a swamp effort -Soros lit the fire but Republicans let it burn.

4
Shayhawk 4 points ago +4 / -0

3
shartelele 3 points ago +3 / -0

  • Mainstream Media and Democrats (redundant): Make vaccine passports the law! Don't you care about grandma?!
  • Governor: Meh. (Sounds like too much work)
  • Conservatives: Hooray!!
11
theblackprince 11 points ago +12 / -1

I'd like to know how the state govts will keep corporations and businesses from requiring one.

20
Coldbyte 20 points ago +20 / -0

I spoke to my state rep in Missouri. They are currently working on legislation to prevent businesses from requiring Covid vaccine for employment. I mentioned the passport problem and they are trying to put an amendment in that bars private businesses from asking too see vaccination papers

5
NotAPuma 5 points ago +5 / -0

Don't forget to push S. B. 258, we need a Volunteer Militia for Missouri!!

3
Donger-Lord2 3 points ago +3 / -0

It will DOA to Congress if he’s a rep for the federal government.

4
Coldbyte 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not federal, state government

6
befehlistbefehl 6 points ago +6 / -0

By sending the police to arrest (at gunpoint if necessary) the personnel of companies who attempt to enforce such a thing. That's how laws are enforced.

6
War_Hamster 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'd think they'd prevent said business from operating in their states due to violations of state law.

State sovereignty is something we need if we're going to return to being a Republic, may as well start with these issues (this one, and the 1A and 2A upcoming challenges).

6
GravityBounce1976 6 points ago +6 / -0

5
sustainable_saltmine 5 points ago +5 / -0

ANY TRUE BAN ON VACCINE PASSPORTS MUST COME WITH AN OUTRIGHT BAN, ENFORCED WITH SEVERE PENALTIES, FOR ANY BUSINESS, EMPLOYER, OR PRIVATE ENTITY TRYING TO INSTANTIATE THEIR OWN "VACCINE PASSPORT".

Any federal/state "ban" is not enough. All businesses need to be outright BANNED from enforcing their own "company policy" to require vaccinations or proof of such.

5
DEPORT_DOOMERS 5 points ago +5 / -0

In states where businesses refuse service of unvaccinated people you MIGHT see a huge boom for the small business who did manage to survive, and possibly more may reopen in this new market. EVERYONE GO TO YOUR LOCAL MEAT MARKET. They usually have other groceries as well.

5
HeavenlyTrumpets 5 points ago +5 / -0

We also need these states to make it crystal clear that businesses and organizations are not allowed to demand vaccination info, whether that be of employees or of clients or of customers.

5
runonce 5 points ago +5 / -0

Parson never sticks his neck out first but we're glad we have him.

3
Best4Business [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think he's giving it a few more weeks to see if Texas has a sudden spike. It seems that Parson sort of follows with Texas, which I love, and follows their blueprint it seems like. I really think he'll wait just a little bit longer before throwing Missouri in to full open, as long as Texas's numbers keep going down over the next week or so, I think Missouri could be close behind.

3
justwow 3 points ago +3 / -0

And Lake of Ozards will be in full swing soon. Remember last year when the Lake made international news? Daily Mail featured and others featured it and people were hyperventilating about Super spreader events.

3
Best4Business [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

I remember. It was fucking hilarious to me. Honestly, at this point, who gives a fuck? Ya know? I hope Missouri completely opens up because I want to walk in to a store in St. Louis county without a mask and just walk up and down the aisles and then look at everyone and tell them all to stay on their side of the river from now on.

1
justwow 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, and sorry. Gig is up when you flipping open the borders to all comers and send them across the country. On a positive note, I am seeing more people walking outside w/o masks. Bloody hell.

2
Best4Business [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I live in JeffCo, we've had people in Walmart, Schnucks, Walgreens, etc. walking around without masks. I went to go get gas the other day and had to run in to grab beer, didn't have one on, they couldn't ahve cared less. I love this fucking county.

1
justwow 1 point ago +1 / -0

Lucky you! I do some business in Jeffco and felt so liberated going into gas station w no mask. Seeing faces, happy. Love it! Yeah, we will out of here w/in the year. And STL is literally never coming back. There. I said it.

1
Best4Business [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was really hoping that STL Co would be broken up, because that's a big issue where there's a lot of Conservatives living in the heart of an overtly liberal county. They gerrymandered that county real good. Living in JeffCo was by design. I grew up in St. Louis County and saw just how shit the county was ran. JeffCo is open minded, conservative, and pro Veteran and freedoms. I love living here. Not a Biden flag in sight. There are still Trump flags flying. In my stretch of neighborhood, there's flags EVERYWHERE. I love living in Jeff Co and have no desire to move anywhere else.

As for St. Louis city, they're fucked. Royally royally ROYALLY fucked. Sam Page and the BLM Crew like Wesley Bell are going to completely cripple that city more than it is. The smartest thing people can do is find jobs out of the city, find apartments or homes out of the city, and never go back. I love Cardinals baseball, and going to games, same with the Blues. But there is no way I will be going back in to the city anytime soon. Business are already flocking out of the city in a hurry, and it's only going to continue. Which, good. Fuck the city. Fuck the corrupt BLM/Dem politicians and activists that ruined what could have been turned around.

I'm looking forward to the Summer of Floyd 2.0. Folks in Jefferson County and St. Charles County are basically standing on the bridges waiting for those fucking idiot rioters and BLMers to show up. They'll learn a hard lesson that conservative counties won't play those riot and loot games here. We protect our neighbors. We protect our community. We'll stand in front of our Police and military and defend them. St. Louis City is going to burn to the ground this summer after the acquittal comes down. That case is quickly falling apart. The defense has shown that Floyd was a repeat drug user, that the officer wasn't on his neck, and he had the balls to show the entire video to the jury. Not just the bits the prosecution played in their opening statements. It's going to be a riot to watch.

2
Best4Business [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Which could be coming. I believe this is the first time he had been asked or commented on his own about the topic. Which tells me that it most likely won't fly under any circumstance in Missouri. Parson is no Greitens, but he's done a damn good job as Governor.

3
Redditcensorsyouandi 3 points ago +3 / -0

Voter ID is racist but requiring proof you got a vaccine for a specific virus (just one of hundreds of thousands) to be able to buy groceries...

Is just fucking fine and fucking dandy in the eyes of the clowns.

2
Best4Business [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm glad I live in a conservative county in Missouri. If I walk in to a store without a mask, they're usually like "Meh, whatever man." without giving a shit. Do that in someplace like St. Louis County, and they'll call the fucking cops. No lie.

3

Part of me wonders if the people pushing the vaccine passport know that americans will never agree to that and are pushing it anyhow to scare the public into getting the vaccine.
