Blind Boomer here (to Gen Z anyone older than 35 is a Boomer---I told my older brethren they'd regret that "Don't trust anyone over 30" biz someday, but they were too busy making Love, not War to heed me, so I went to the disco) I have to resist the impulse because apparently all caps is perceived as "threatening" by our youth. No wonder WAP is the song of the year...
I feel Gen Z is awake---it's the Millenials that unleash my inner "get off my lawn" (probably why I never went in for that "be fruitful and multiply" stuff---I would have been worse than my maternal grandmother, Hitler-in-Drag, on the autocratic scale ;)
I can see that. But I think because the cancel culture is so much more toxic for us there has been two major results form that. One, people my age just tine out of politics completely and will not be willing to risk having a political opinion. Cant blame them given the current climate if you think about how toxic the climate is. And when you’re young you just need to establish yourself and make your way in life, politics is secondary to being able to simply being able to make a living, pay off college debts, etc. second, because of the political climate, perhaps an even greater silent majority than before.
I don’t want to really make any substantial speculations though because I feel like we are growing up in an extremely unique time. We could either really learn from everything we’ve seen over the past century and especially with the technological developments that we fucking grew up with and figure out how to make it all work with our God given freedoms, or maybe it all just made us really dumb and the brainwashing works.
Only time will tell
I will always fight for freedom. I could honestly see another continental congress in our generation if we have the balls for it. After all the industrial and technological changes - there are some desperately needed amendments to the constituition. Term limits, privacy restrictions on govt, tighter restrictions on corporations and monopolies are my biggest concerns
Marxism is something I dont think the founders ever thought of existing and creating this much pain in the world. We need a marxist proof govt.
Caps lock for handwriting actually makes it more legible in most cases.

Also writing in Caps is a lot more effort when it's done by hand, bravo too sir!
I write caps and mono space for the sake of readability. I’m also a computer.
