Neither will most states. There are several that are chomping at the bit to suie Biden and the administration to oblivion over anything.

It would be tied up in courts for years. Filings, motions, appeals, etc. It won't be a simple "one and done" thing. Especially if he tries to circumvent the constitution He'll be met with a lot of pushback. I'm half expecting some dumb thing to be said, and for Texas to immediately file suit.

Can private citizens of the union go liberate other citizens of another state whose state is tyrannical? I only remember the Civil War for such instances, in which the answer is yes and fuck the US.

I look more favorably at the states that are passing legislation that actively prohibit the enforcement of gun control.
