Hahaha! No they don't. They want cheap slave labor. Rock bottom wages with NO safety regulations. They want a total production coat of ten DOLLARs per shoe so they can sell it for 100 over here.

There is a reason why TRANSPORTATION is the biggest margin on any dollar earned next to retail expenses. Because production has been downsized to nothing.
