She was a ringleader. She was chair of the Democratic Governors Association. She also put coivd in nursing homes causing deaths there & gave the homes immunity of covid lawsuits while having 3 field hospitals that were empty and saw next to no one, but ran under the radar due to RI's small size.
I'll give her credit where credit's due. She's not as nutty as the other Democrat governors that's for sure.
