He did eat too many drugs. It's a fact. He said he couldn't breath, before he was restrained for kicking the cops. Another fact.

There's no case here.

The black dude is just willfully ignorant. My feeling say this so I couldn’t hear anything that didn’t fit what I want to believe. What a fucking joke these people are.

Acquitted and riots are foregone conclusions.

We know he definitely did take too many drugs but I doubt in all the hysteria of him freaking out and claiming he did nothing that he'd suddenly have an outburst of truth and confess. If anything, he probably would've only mentioned drugs in the context of convincing cops that he HADN'T taken them.

Seems just as likely it could've been some such gibberish as "ain't too many drugs" as if to say "I don't have THAT many drugs" or "I haven't really taken that many drugs, officer."

Just saying I don't think this helps or hurts the case. It's already so clear cut at this point it's insane.

No, the defense got the prosecution witness, a black man, to admit that Floyd did say "I ate too many drugs". That makes it part of the record now and the prosecution couldn't nullify their own witness. There is no doubt the admission was just another devasting blow to the state. Nelson was brilliant yet again today and converted at least two witnesses to be assets for the defense. The case has been so thoroughly destroyed the judge shouldn't even let it go to the jury. He shouldn't jeopardize their lives over something so obvious. There is only one reasonable verdict now,

Not Guilty.
