A guy awhile ago asked me for $10 because he needed gas. 15 minutes later the cashier came up to me and asked if I was the guy who gave him $10, I said yeah. He said I got played, when you walked away he tried to buy a case of beer with it, but I turned him away.
I said why? It's his money he can do what he wants with it. If he lied to me that's between him and God, not between you and him.
There have been more than a few exposes showing many of these people are not even homeless! They live in regular homes and even have another job, because that's all begging is to these people, another job. Their take home isn't too shabby for standing around holding a piece of cardboard all day.
