Absolutely nothing. Why would I get a vaccine for a virus I have a 0.0005% chance of surviving? Vaccines have side-effects, even if the pharmaceutical companies refuse to tell people this. It can be very subtle and in some cases not as bad as simply catching the virus but there's a lot of potentially unintended consequences we don't know about. For such a weak virus, I'll take my chances with the natural route.
Not considering it under any condition but if I had to choose, I would need to be really truly convinced that my life was in grave danger without it. But a show-stopper musical number might do it.
