They'll all move the fuck out of the state. As it is, a lot of big money folks have abandoned NYC, the people upstate are going to get hit with this MASSIVE tax hike and are going to laugh and leave for states that won't treat them like ATMs. I can see a lot of business leaving NY as well over this.
