I watched CONTAGION a few too many times maybe, but most viruses do indeed spread via fomites (surfaces) also "stop touching your face!" :) I don't mean panic hand washing, but I used to stay pretty flu immune by wiping down the phone and keyboard at work, not touching my face (nose, mouth and eyes) and washing my hands extra well when I got home.
