If the dealer told Floyd the pills were Percocet (which they were made to look like) he could be culpable. If Floyd knew it was meth and fent then it’s on him.

As I said before Floyd fucking knew. meth and fentanyl are nothing like percs. Two percs will barely hold off withdrawal for an addict (10-20 mg of hydrocodone) two fentanyl/meth combo pills will turn your brain inside out. He knew. He had also used them before.

Percs are oxycodone, quite a bit stronger than hydrocodone. If I was selling/making fake percs, I'd want them to be at least roughly equianalgesic to the real deal - no point wasting fentanyl to make them much stronger than that. Dealers aren't out to kill their customers, fake percs just have a higher profit margin than diverted pharms if the customer thinks they're legit.

But yeah, Floyd totally fucking knew.
