Watched cops choke out a female looter in a completely ransacked Gamestop.
Saw someone knock a bike cop over and tried to make a run for it and a dozen more ran him down and threw him into a gutter and then the back of an unmarked van.
I just mention these examples so you know exactly how fucking insane it gets. I had a few opportunities to grab stuff, but honestly it's not worth the risk.
If anything you could do really well by paying looters for their newly acquired merchandise. Much safer and you are still getting it 80% off
