Because drugs are illegal, and a dealer is part of the chain of criminal activity. Alcohol is legal. But give a 14 year old a bottle of booze (illegal) even if your the parent, and you are responsible for that death !

So it's the illegality part that leads to the culpability? That's reasonable, but I was wondering if there's any other legal explanation besides that part.

I'm thinking of a precedent that can be used on firearms manufacturers, like the bill the Dems keep floating.

yeah certain drugs are pure poison. Meth, heroin, crack, fentanol, and most of what the big drug companies push. Also, it's a well known fact most vaccines contain mercury
