The city is cucked, they have no idea what the evidence was but they went ahead a paid them hard tax dollars just to get them off the hook. Maybe they did know what the evidence or more appropriately the lack of evidence was and they wanted to pay them before everyone found out.

Its a disgrace, but it was a good investment for the city. 27 million in extortion money to hold off the riots for a few months. Minneapolis suffered almost a billion in damages so 27 million pays itself off after a weekend of riotings.

They. Know. What. They. Are. Doing.

right. This wasn't their own money and paying off at the time they did was just a demonstration of the contempt the ruling class has for the people who worked for it.

If it was direct deposited, you could just back out the credit...

They did it as a giant, "it must be true or why would we give $27 million" virtue signaling meant to influence public opinion and pollute the jury pool's minds via the same route.

If I were the judge presiding over the Chauvin debacle, I'd immediately throw it out and order Floyd's bullshit family to pay $100 million in damages to the victims of the Minneapolis riots.

Businesses and affected individuals should be suing the estate of George Floyd and the city more broadly, as well as an array of media outlets amplifying the lies that made it turn riotous and deadly.

Starting to see why these people don't give a shit about their kids until they die?

Turns out, crime DOES pay!

RecoveringNPC 7 points ago +7 / -0

The family should pay reparations to the Chauvin family!

7
AnointedVisions 7 points ago +8 / -1

Exactly

Taxpayers need to demand that money back somehow, even if they cant take it back. Every citizen should give themselves a tax break for their share of that amount

They shouldnt worry, that money will be funneled back into the local drug market in no time at all.

THIS!!!

That dumbass set us back years in the Drug War. We've got almost 2/3rds of the US passing some form of medical/recreational/decriminalized cannabis and doing quite well with it, but St. George (whilst living in one of those medical/decriminalized states) has to eat a triple-overdose of Fentanyl and resist-arrest himself to death like a fucking idiot.

>He wasn't even deliberately suicidal-by-cop. St. George The Non-Compliant was just too stupid to live.

I don't know that they got the money as yet, just that they were told they would get the money, may be wrong.

somedaysoon 2 points ago +2 / -0

I wonder how the history books will whitewash all of this from their chapter on BLM 50 years from now. It will be all about evil white cops randomly killing black citizens on their way to work. I can see it now

They got a lot of cash from donors as well.

americafirst1994 2 points ago +2 / -0

floyds family got $27 million that they shouldnt have because he made a dumb decision from laced drugs his friend gave him. After Chauvin is found not guilty, they need to give that money back!

independentbystander 1 point ago +1 / -0

Same with Breonna Taylor's family, and her boyfriend #2 initially told Police that she was the one who shot at them (which would explain why she was shot by the return fire.) He changed his story after realizing he was passing up a $27 Million Ghetto Lottery win, which is apparently the going rate for deceased POCs killed in the line of resisting arrest/attacking police.

americafirst1994 1 point ago +1 / -0

her drug dealing boyfriend got $27million?

3
independentbystander 3 points ago +3 / -0

Her family, I assume boyfriend #2 got a cut (for later changing his story to "take responsibility" for "shooting at the police," hence triggering disbursement of the DinduNuffin Bucks.)

1
americafirst1994 1 point ago +1 / -0

disbursement of dindunuffin bucks hahah

markolbb 1 point ago +1 / -0

So that money didn't come with a clause that if Chauvin is innocent that they owe that money back? Wouldn't that have been nice.

Defund the city, but liberals stay out of the South.

They were trying to push the jury by being their own appeal to authority.

I would leave that city ASAP . Anyone who lives there or in that state. I would fucking leave
