Actual aging process hack: don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t go tanning, don’t wear excessive makeup, exercise, and eat real food.
It perplexes me that people are always looking for “hacks” to accomplish things that are inevitable results of just respecting your body (aging, acne, shiny hair, weight loss, having energy, sleeping well, etc).
