This man is a liar. I watched every minute of Waco live. The ATF, under Janet Reno's assaulted the compound, which was basically made plywood. with a light armoured track vehicle. They used it for cover. After it breached they threw torches in and fried those people. (Mostly women and children.) The Barret was a relatively expensive weapon at the time. I don't think the Branch Davidians could afford two of them.
There were reports and maybe a home movie that they had some kind of old machine gun on a bipod, and I don't think it was ever fired during the standoff.
