A lot of your info is right except the HIV part which is a pure conspiracy and 9/11 was more of a coordinated job between specific nations' deep states than an inside job.
I think the issue with HIV is the scale in which is was funded, and the deep state actions around it, like Magic Johnson saying he had it and Bono and Bush spending hundreds of billions on HIV in Africa. We may never know for sure if it was natural or created, but given what I am seeing this past election I am willing to believe the conspiracy theorys
