I'm not sure you comprehend just how dangerous this is. Democrat supporters aren't going to care if this is legal or not. They already enforce their own laws everywhere. It's like when they suddenly decide to make it global law that you're not allowed to disclose the whistleblower's name even though that only applies to a few very specific departments in government.
If Biden follows an executive order there's a good chance they will all follow it. These people don't believe in the system you believe in. They don't conform to it. They have all their own sets of rules and laws. They follow a completely different chain of command. They certainly do not care for the constitution. As far as they're concerned it is merely symbolic and "out of date".
