Normally, yes, I'd agree with a 'small government' approach and not telling parents how to care for their children. But the issue here is that these parents are mutilating the genitals of their children and chemically sterilizing them before they even known what it means to jerk off. These parents need to be charged akin to Josef Fritzl, Henri Piette, or Ariel Castro.
