Yeah I get that but it’s my career and coworkers I’ve been friends with for years. It’s not that simple as just saying something that aggressive to them. They are good nice people. I know it’s easy to just type harsh replies like that on here, but that’s not real life.
No one has asked me directly. I work with a number of young mom Karens. Although I find the virtue signaling nauseating (one is preg & got vax...ummmm), they're generally OK to good/great people. They talk a lot, but they talk so fast & excitedly I've dodged any direct questions.
If it happens, I'm just going to say, "Is it understandable if I keep that private?" I'm most senior, besides the boss & am always free and willing to help the less experienced on job questions. If your co-workers already like you, it's easier to enforce lines of privacy without coming off like some bitter "Falling Down" style angry white dude.
