Thing is these elites aren't communists. They don't expect to have their companies nationalized. They want us to live under totalitarian communist style control but they will still participate in capitalism. They are participating in a lucrative merger of state and corporations. The plan is to eliminate alternative options to the big corpos and institute social controls using access to social media, banking and travel ect. It wouldn't surprise me if the UBI their always talking about was paid out in amazon vouchers, or could only be spent at businesses favored by the government.

It's breadlines for us but they'll continue to live like kings.
