This is one of the most enraging aspects of the planDemic, selectively endorsing "woke" activities like rioting/looting (or Floyd's vulgar-bling-motif funeral) while claiming church services and family gatherings (or family members wanting to be with a dying relative in a hospital, or have a proper funeral after they pass on) are "super-spreader events."
That's why all you have to do is call your events a "protest".

My pastor who had served his community for 50 years, had a huge positive impact on hundreds and hundreds of lives had a funeral of only 10 people due to our governors restrictions. I was lucky that I was able to be 1 of the 10. A year later we still can't gather in any significant numbers to honor his memory.
He would have more people attend his funeral than we'd every even be able to fit in the building.
And even if he's wrongfully convicted to appease them, any punishment short of physically throwing him to the mob will just lead to more riots.
