Spent years trying to politely disabuse people of leftist extremism on Reddit. Had to give up when they started banning people for well-meant, sourced opinions. 😐
The main things that kept me from embracing the MAGA community before were:
I remain pro-choice, and find the pro-life position similarly unpalatable as leftist communist and woke ideologies. I've found it impossible to persuade pro-lifers that there can be legitimate, non-evil disagreement about when a person begins.
Me, a sophisticated racist, doesn't enjoy unsophisticated racists who call people the N-word and such. I rather point out IQ discrepancies while waxing politely about the implications. I still think each person must be evaluated on their merits.
Life begins when there's a zygote. It has a unique human DNA. Meaning it's not the mothers Egg, and it's not the fathers Sperm.
Nobody who is pro life gives a crap about your disagreement. Unique DNA means different life. This isn't something like a difference in opinion on tax code. This is about killing a human being.
If you want to argue that a woman should be allowed to kill a human that is inside her body, have at it. That's an opinion.
Right. "Listen to the science!" Unless it's biologists, gynecologists, embryologists... literally the entire medical and hard-science world agrees that a fetus is a unique living human being.
If you want to have a fun argument based on facts instead of liberal lies, say "I should be allowed to kill my children before the age of X" and now it gets spicy.
