When a Democrat is so far from their shit Party, they join the Republicans. And so they are not DINOs because they’re not Democrats.
Whereas Mutt Romney belongs with the Democrats, but instead he stays inside the Republicans like a Democrat spy or infiltrator. He remains a RINO.
